Products purchased on qbly.com can be expected to arrive within 5-10 business days from purchase through standard shipping methods. A tracking number may be provided in a confirmation e-mail after the transaction process is complete. Please use the tracking number to identify where your parcel is and when to expect its arrival. Currently, we ship within Canada and the Continental United States (excludes Hawaii and Alaska).

Damages and issues
